A person who actually works in the company warehouse answered the phone, not a foreign third-party customer service rep. Took the trouble check on inventory, even when their computer said they didn’t have something.

Everyone at Shop Tools Outlet was great to work with. They took time to ensure I was getting the right lift for my new business and made pick up a breeze.

Great group to work with. Small company service with big company competitive pricing. Helped me choose between two great air compressor options (Puma, Mega Air), then assisted with the best freight delivery option. It was refreshing working with a company that still knows how to do it right! Thank you Todd and team.

Excellent all they way around.Very friendly and helpful. I couldnt be happier with my purchase. I plan on buying more. Ideal lifts are the best lifts I've used in my 26 years of repairs.
